How can a gym or studio earn from its empty hours?
Let independent trainers and instructors use the room during the hours it sits quiet: early mornings, middays, the hours between classes. They bring their own clients and pay by the hour, the session, or a monthly pass; you choose the hours and approve who comes in.
What you decide
Your rate, your hours, and who you say yes to. Nothing is booked into your space without your yes, and the hours you’ve promised to your own members stay theirs.
What other gyms charge
In the San Gabriel Valley gyms we’ve spoken with, owners quoted outside trainers $25 to $30 an hour or session, and $675 to $800 a month for a trainer pass. You set your own. That’s a range other owners quoted, not a promise of what any gym will earn.
What it costs
Listing on reLease is free. reLease charges a fee only on renters it brings you. Trainers you find yourself pay only card processing.
What to ask a trainer for
Proof of liability insurance, a certification, and a photo ID. reLease keeps those on file with each booking.
